Be 2 Weeks Ready Online Workshop

Join Side Quest Escape Games online every 3rd Tuesday from 6:00–7:30 pm as your GameMaster and host, Tyler Robinson, guides you through Oregon Emergency Management’s new course, Be 2 Weeks Ready. This FREE online workshop reinforces the preparedness lessons you experienced in the Shaky Grounds Cafe escape room and helps you put them into action at home.

Each 90-minute session walks you through one of the eight units from the Be 2 Weeks Ready Toolkit—breaking everything down step-by-step so you can steadily build your personal preparedness plan over time.

Our first unit will be on January 20th, 2026, at 6:00 pm.

Tyler Robinson is the designer, owner, and operator behind the Shaky Grounds Cafe mobile escape room. After years of volunteering with his CERT/NET teams and earning an Emmy as a production designer in the film industry, he launched Side Quest Escape Games in 2019 to build something different—an escape room that doesn’t just entertain, but actually teaches real-world emergency preparedness.

This free workshop is a natural extension of his preparedness work, expanding the Shaky Grounds mission and helping you turn what you learned in the game into real, practical preparedness at home.
